Business plan is a roadmap where we want to take our business idea, team and company in the future. It considers planning the execution of a business idea from all perspectives: development, sales, marketing, HR, finance - unified in one document which represents a 3-5 year strategy. It is innitially intended as a compas to business owners. In addition, it is an important document for partners, co-workers and potential investors: banks, venture capitals or other insitutions investing in start-ups.
